Qulore jewelry is designed to be worn, loved, and enjoyed every day. Our pieces are crafted in sterling silver and plated with 18K gold, silver, or rhodium, giving them their signature brilliance. Over time, gentle wear may naturally create a soft patina or subtle change in finish—this is a normal characteristic of fine and plated jewelry, and part of its charm.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:


  • Store your pieces in your Qulore bag or box when not in use.

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.


  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth after wearing.

  • Store pieces separately to prevent scratching and preserve their finish.

Will my jewelry change over time?

Like all fine materials, your jewelry may naturally evolve with wear. With proper care and mindful wear, you can maintain its original look and extend its brilliance for as long as possible.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes—Qulore pieces are made for everyday wear. For best longevity, we recommend removing your jewelry during activities that expose it to moisture, sweat, or chemicals.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after each wear to maintain its shine. For a deeper clean, use mild soap with lukewarm water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Qulore ships to a curated selection of destinations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.

If no shipping methods are shown for your address, we do not currently ship to that location.

Shipping rates are fixed based on destination. Final pricing is always displayed at checkout before payment.

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–9 business days.

Depending on destination, carrier conditions, or customs processing, delivery may occasionally extend beyond this window. In some cases, delivery may take up to 12–15 business days.

Orders may ship in separate packages if fulfilled from multiple locations.

Order Cancelations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by logging into your Qulore account and navigating to Orders. From there, select the order and submit a cancellation request.

If you checked out as a guest, you may create an account using the same email address used at checkout to access your order on the sign-in page.

Our team begins processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, cancellation requests or order changes cannot be guaranteed once this window has passed or once processing has begun. Once an order enters production or fulfillment, it is considered final.
